Peanut Butter Cookies

Just add Jelly on top before eating and enjoy this recipe. Ingredients: 1/2 pound =2 sticks of unsalted butter, room temperature.  1 cup white sugar 1 cup light brown sugar 2 large eggs 2 tsp vanilla extract 1 1/2 cup peanut butter 3 1/3 cups all-purpose flour 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp kosher salt Let's start! Preheat oven 300F  Place parchment paper to a cookie sheet.  In a large bowl, mix the butter and sugar until smooth.  Add eggs, vanilla extract, and peanut butter, then mix well.  Add the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix until everything is well incorporated.  Make cookies the size of a tablespoon. Press with a spoon in the middle so they can spread a little and don't be so thick.  Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned on

Bakeless Cheesecake

     If you like cheesecake as much as my fiancé does you are going to like this recipe. This recipe will give you a very creamy and smooth cheesecake. This is what you'll need... Ingredients: 3 packs of cream cheese  1 teaspoon of vanilla 2 packs of unflavored gelatine 1/3 cup melted butter 1/3 white sugar 1/4 cup of condensed milk  1 cup of warm water  1 pack of Oreo's thin Steps: Crush Oreos and add the melted butter. Place on pan as your base. You can place all the crushed Oreos on the bottom or make a design of your choosing with me as I did in the video example. Beat two cream cheese packs with the white sugar.  To 1 cup of water add 1 pack of unflavored gelatine and add to the ongoing beaten cream cheese. Then add vanilla, the rest of the cream cheese, the 1 pack of gelatine left and the condensed milk. Beat at medium/ slow until smooth.  Leave in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours or until set.  Enjoy!!

     Macarons, macarons, macarons!!!      Hi!!      Before I get started let me tell you that; this recipe gave me a little bit of trouble BUT it got it right. Macarons are not so easy to make but this recipe is simple and you shouldn't have any problems. As always you can contact me with any questions or comments.  Follow the steps correctly and you'll have a delicious and chewy macaron.  Ingredients: 1 cup of icing sugar 1 cup of almond flour  ***Almond flour and all-purpose flour are 1:1 For this recipe I prefer Almond flour but you can use all-purpose flour or make two batches and compare which one you like the most.*** 2 egg whites A pinch of salt 1/4 cup of white fine sugar  Food coloring if desired Steps:  Preheat oven to 300F In a large bowl mix the almond flour with the icing sugar. Make sure you don't have any crumbs.  In a separate bowl whisk the two egg whites with salt until they form peaks.  Little by little add the white sugar
